With 31 years of industry experience, George has been recognized nationally and internationally. He is the recipient of nearly every major national award in competitions from the Clios to The New York Art Directors Show and he has been singled out as one of the best ad people in America by the National Association of Home Builders for six consecutive years.

George revolutionized real estate advertising and marketing. He changed this traditionally lack-luster price/item category by creating a new approach that connects with the consumer on an emotional level using "word pictures" and signature visuals. This approach, usually reserved for high-end packaged goods and luxury cars, has turned dreams and dirt into successful communities from Virginia to as far west as Texas. Recently, for example, George's real estate work helped generate $150 million in sales, over 15,000 responses and record-breaking traffic.
