Jay Mangan, formerly with GTE Wireless in Richmond, joins the agency as executive vice president; Rick Terrell, formerly with Heilig-Meyers in Richmond, joins the agency as vice president for account services; Monica Taylor, formerly with Business Event Management in Richmond, joins the agency as account executive and Amy Grout, former assistant at McCann-Erickson in Houston, joins the agency as office manager.
